Operations Manager

Lead finance, procurement, supply chain, and people operations for a nonprofit scaling chlorine distribution across West Africa.
- Run payments, budgeting, bank reconciliations, and month-end close in Xero; produce monthly reports and cash forecasts.
- Manage chlorine procurement, warehousing, stock reconciliation, and equipment procurement with value-for-money focus.
- Handle contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR logistics for staff across Nigeria.
- Track statutory filings, data protection compliance, and Microsoft 365 systems as the organization grows.
- Requires 4+ years in operations, finance, or grants management at an NGO; Xero bookkeeping and Excel proficiency essential.
