Operational Research Fellow

Develop and conduct operational research on tuberculosis and lung disease interventions, generating evidence to improve health care delivery in programme settings.
- Develop grant proposals and research protocols addressing country priorities; support implementation projects to generate evidence on efficiency, outcomes, and scalability.
- Conduct data analytics, produce scientific manuscripts, and submit at least two peer-reviewed papers annually as a performance requirement.
- Facilitate SORT IT and national operational research courses; mentor participants from protocol development through publication and track policy impact.
- Requires Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or Health Economics; strong grounding in epidemiology, biostatistics, and operational research methods.
- Proficiency in statistical software (Stata, R, or EpiData); excellent scientific writing and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
