Operations Director / Vice President of Operations

• Build operations infrastructure and guide CFI's transition to independence as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
• Establish best practices across finance, HR, compliance, technology, grant operations, and risk management.
• Manage all finance, HR, technology, compliance, and risk functions, along with contractors and staff hiring.
• Lead the organization through spin-out, including legal incorporation and system migration.

This role enables Consultants for Impact to effectively serve mission-driven organizations by building the operational backbone needed for growth and sustainability.

• Experience in operations leadership, preferably in nonprofit or consulting environments.
• Expertise in finance, HR, compliance, technology, and risk management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead organizational change and scale operations.
