Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the end-to-end Fellowship application and recruitment process, including outreach, communications, review coordination, and candidate experience.
  • Own the organization's full MEL cycle: planning, data collection, management, analysis, reporting, and learning integration.
  • Provide administrative and event support for program activities, including scheduling, communications, and logistics.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of professional experience in nonprofit monitoring and evaluation, data management, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience collecting, managing, and presenting both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt tone for diverse global stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), survey and data tools, and Google Workspace.
