Accounting Associate, Internal Operations

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and accounts receivable, maintaining accurate customer records.
• Review staff expense reports, manage AP workflows in Bill.com, and assist with quarterly state tax payments.
• Actively participate in team projects to enhance precision and efficiency of financial systems and procedures.

• Uncompromising attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining high-fidelity financial records.
• Fundamental understanding of accounting operations and a drive to learn specific business lines.
• Comfort navigating ERP software (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Dynamics) and AP/AR management tools.
• 3+ years in a similar role (bookkeeping, staff accountant, AR/AP clerk).
