Mission
What you will drive
- Manage semi-monthly payroll, benefits, and retirement administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead recruitment efforts, maintain HR systems, and drive process improvements for scalability.
- Ensure policy compliance and manage leave programs, audits, and reporting.

- 9+ years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient with HR platforms (e.g., Paylocity, Lattice, Lever, Ethena).
- Excellent listening, writing, and oral communication skills.
