Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage semi-monthly payroll, benefits, and retirement administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, maintain HR systems, and drive process improvements for scalability.
  • Ensure policy compliance and manage leave programs, audits, and reporting.

What makes you a great fit

  • 9+ years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient with HR platforms (e.g., Paylocity, Lattice, Lever, Ethena).
  • Excellent listening, writing, and oral communication skills.
