Operations and Finance Manager

• Lead financial management, budgeting, and compliance for donor-funded and self-funded projects.
• Oversee operations, human resources, and administrative systems to ensure efficient functioning of the virtual HQ.
• Support business development by coordinating proposal budgets, tender submissions, and donor compliance.
• Provide governance support to the Board of Directors and manage grant reporting and audits.

This role ensures efficient financial stewardship and operational excellence, enabling QUAMED to improve access to quality medicines in low-resource settings and humanitarian contexts.

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; professional qualification in finance/accounting.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance and operations management within non-profit or international development.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, donor compliance, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in financial and people management systems (Salesforce, Exact ERP, BambooHR).

Part-time position (0.8 FTE), one-year renewable contract. Remote work from home country. Competitive remuneration based on band 4 with up to 20% adjustment for higher cost-of-living countries. Significant allocation in lieu of social charges for non-staff contracts. Travel 2-3 times per year for HQ meetings.
