Mission
What you will drive
- Lead financial management, budgeting, and compliance for donor-funded and self-funded projects.
- Oversee operations, human resources, and administrative systems to ensure efficient functioning of the virtual HQ.
- Support business development by coordinating proposal budgets, tender submissions, and donor compliance.
- Provide governance support to the Board of Directors and manage grant reporting and audits.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; professional qualification in finance/accounting.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance and operations management within non-profit or international development.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, donor compliance, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in financial and people management systems (Salesforce, Exact ERP, BambooHR).
