Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and execute annual fundraising campaigns, including direct appeals, recurring donor communications, and stewardship activities.
- Maintain donor database, ensure accurate gift entry, acknowledgments, and data integrity.
- Coordinate donor stewardship, communications, and events to enhance donor engagement.
- Support grant proposal development and reporting, and improve fundraising systems.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-4 years of professional experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, donor relations, or comparable roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using a CRM or donor/customer database.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Google Workspace.
Benefits
