HR & Operations Official

• Provide human resources support including hiring, benefits management, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Oversee general operations such as technology infrastructure, risk management, and facilities.
• Manage organizational finances including accounts payable/receivable, budgets, credit cards, and annual audit/990.

This role supports the Health Finance Institute's mission to address the underinvestment in non-communicable disease financing in low- and middle-income countries by ensuring efficient operations and HR practices, enabling the organization to focus on designing blended finance solutions.

• Three or more years of relevant HR and operations experience, preferably in a nonprofit or startup.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, Project Management or related field; Master's preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of employment laws, payroll, taxes, and benefits administration.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
