Required qualifications and characteristics:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in an engineering field
  • Passionate about making advanced fission a reality and willing to think differently
  • Excellent communicator who can write well in modern active voice and communicate technical content verbally
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly iterative startup environment and able to work on a dynamic team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent grammar and spelling skills
  • Self-motivated team player who brings enthusiasm and creativity to problem-solving
