Oklahoma Planning Coordinator

• Lead the expansion of the National Mental Health Corps in Oklahoma through strategic planning, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate AmeriCorps program development including host site recruitment, member slot allocation, and implementation timelines.
• Support fund development, grant writing, and compliance with AmeriCorps planning grant requirements.

This role directly expands access to evidence-based mental health interventions and prevention education in Oklahoma, strengthening the behavioral health workforce and community support services for underserved populations.

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience with AmeriCorps (staff or members) and program planning/needs assessment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Must be located in Oklahoma with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the state.

Competitive benefits package for full-time employees. Annual salary of $65,000 (non-negotiable).
