Nursing Professional Development Coordinator

• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate educational programs that strengthen nursing practice and cultivate union leaders.
• Plan and implement live, blended, and independent learning activities in compliance with ANCC and Ohio Board of Nursing requirements.
• Support professional practice, leadership development, advocacy, and member engagement initiatives.

This role empowers nurses and health professionals across Ohio with the knowledge and skills to advocate for quality patient care and safe workplaces, strengthening the collective power of the nursing workforce.

• Minimum baccalaureate degree in Nursing and unrestricted Ohio RN license.
• 4-5 years of experience in continuing education.
• Knowledge of adult learning, educational design, and Ohio nursing regulations.
• Skills in Microsoft Office, web development, telecommunications, and public speaking.
