Mission

What you will drive

  • Support proposal management by formatting documents, building templates, coordinating outreach, and tracking deliverables across multiple simultaneous efforts.
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for member inquiries, support CRM data management, and maintain Excel-based dashboards for membership reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-team scheduling, documentation, and reporting for senior leadership, and flex into other areas of the Business & Strategy portfolio as needed.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a nonprofit, health, or mission-driven organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, managing multiple concurrent priorities with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; sound judgment and problem-solving ability.
