Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the designing of the development of project annual workplan and budget and coordinate amongst the partners to ensure coherence and harmonized approach for project implementation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project activities in the field, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with project goals, acting as primary liaison between project team and field partners.
  • Implement robust follow-up mechanisms to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of events and activities conducted by partners in the field through regular site visits and stakeholder meetings.
  • Provide technical assistance for capacity development of programme staff and partners on CRSV and identify areas of collaboration to support survivors of CRSV and their socio-economic empowerment.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Master's degree in social sciences, human rights, gender/women studies, international development or related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in policy analysis, institutional capacity building, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • At least 2 years' experience working on CRSV (Conflict-Related Sexual Violence).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required; knowledge of Arabic and local language(s) is an advantage.
