Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of MEAL strategies, systems, standards, and SOPs across the Human Mobility Hub.
- Strengthen partner-led programmes through technical guidance, quality assurance, and capacity development.
- Develop learning agendas, evaluations, and evidence generation to influence programme adaptation and organizational strategy.
- Champion accountability by strengthening community feedback mechanisms and ensuring communities' voices shape programme decisions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 6 years of progressive MEAL experience, including 3 years in a management role within an international NGO.
- Experience supporting humanitarian or displacement programmes in complex or post-conflict environments.
- Strong expertise in monitoring, evaluation, research, accountability, learning, and information management.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (French is an advantage).
