Monitoring, Evidence, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Manager Human Mobility Hub - Middle East Office

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of MEAL strategies, systems, standards, and SOPs across the Human Mobility Hub.
• Strengthen partner-led programmes through technical guidance, quality assurance, and capacity development.
• Develop learning agendas, evaluations, and evidence generation to influence programme adaptation and organizational strategy.
• Champion accountability by strengthening community feedback mechanisms and ensuring communities' voices shape programme decisions.

This role ensures that humanitarian programmes are evidence-based, accountable to affected communities, and continuously learning, thereby improving the effectiveness and relevance of assistance to people forced to flee.

• At least 6 years of progressive MEAL experience, including 3 years in a management role within an international NGO.
• Experience supporting humanitarian or displacement programmes in complex or post-conflict environments.
• Strong expertise in monitoring, evaluation, research, accountability, learning, and information management.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (French is an advantage).

Duty station: Amman, Jordan; Damascus, Syria; Beirut, Lebanon; Tunis, Tunisia. Fixed term contract: 6 months (possibility of renewal). Travel: 30% to areas of operation. Salary/benefits: Grade 9 on NRC's grading structure. NRC is an equal opportunities employer committed to diversity.
