Job description
Role details
Lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems for innovation programmes across technology, scaling, and ecosystem-strengthening initiatives.
- Manage MEL frameworks and learning agendas for three major programmes: Tech Community of Expertise Helpdesk, Frontier Technologies Hub, and IDIA.
- Design and implement research initiatives using qualitative and quantitative methods to surface learning and support evidence-informed decision-making.
- Establish learning networks and communicate insights to diverse stakeholders including government, funders, and implementing partners.
- Requires MA plus 5+ years implementing MEL systems for complex, partnership-focused programmes in international development or innovation.
- Requires strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, experience with innovation and agile methodologies, and fluency in English.
