Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager

Design and strengthen monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems across a global nonprofit scaling lead poisoning prevention initiatives.
- Advise on organizational MEL systems, databases, and external evaluations; support proposal and project MEL plan development.
- Build staff capacity in MEL practices; design learning spaces, synthesize insights, and facilitate reflection to improve program strategy.
- Support data collection, management, and analysis for project and global indicators; translate findings into accessible formats for stakeholders.
- Requires 7+ years designing and implementing MEL systems in international nonprofits and 3+ years operationalizing management information systems.
- Strong data management, coaching, and facilitation skills; ability to balance detail with strategic thinking and work across time zones.
