Mission
What you will drive
- Support the implementation of national and regional projects, advocacy initiatives, workshops, consultations, and events across the MENA region.
- Provide technical, administrative, logistical, and coordination support to the MENA Regional Programme.
- Support IDC members and partners through regular communication, capacity strengthening, and network building.
- Contribute to drafting advocacy materials, briefing notes, and strategic communications tailored to different audiences.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum five years of professional experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, migration, human rights, or civil society work.
- University degree in international relations, law, migration studies, political science, human rights, development studies, or social sciences.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken); French is an asset.
- Demonstrated understanding of migration, human rights, refugee protection, and advocacy in the MENA region, with strong knowledge of North Africa.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Annual salary between USD 23,000 and USD 27,500. Full-time position with one-year contract (possible extension). Based in Morocco or Mauritania. Remote working environment.
