Mission

What you will drive

Conduct a quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the Critical Voices Fellowship program (2022-2026) across 8 regions, including:

  • Assess effectiveness of team/partner setup, indicator achievement, regional relevance, MEAL methodology, and impact on beneficiaries.
  • Produce deliverables: inception report, final evaluation report with data visualizations, new logframe, surveys, and facilitate a learning workshop.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Extensive experience with (primarily digital) methods of data gathering and evaluation using OECD/DAC criteria.
  • Experience in data analysis & management, digitalization of evaluation processes, and emergency protection programming (ideally in media contexts).
  • Knowledge of power-sensitive and decolonial development structures; familiarity with Arabic, French, Russian, Ukrainian, Burmese, Dari, or Pashto preferred.
  • Availability to complete all deliverables by 30.06.2026.
