Mission

What you will drive

  • Deliver sector-specific technical support for MCC Data Quality Reviews, including orientation, data quality assessments, improvement plans, and audits.
  • Review sector indicators, definitions, source documents, and reporting processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency with MCC standards.
  • Identify data quality risks and recommend practical improvements to sector data systems and institutional workflows.
  • Draft or review sector-specific sections of DQR reports, findings matrices, and action plans, and present findings to stakeholders.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Masterโ€™s degree or higher in a relevant field with at least 6 years of experience, or Bachelorโ€™s degree with at least 9 years of experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant sector (e.g., agriculture, education, energy, etc.).
  • Prior experience working on at least one MCC assignment (DQR, evaluation, M&E, compact/threshold program) of 6 months or longer.
  • Strong ability to assess data quality risks and translate sector knowledge into practical findings and recommendations.
