Managing Technical Consultant, Mining Services

• Act as a Project Manager for various projects across multiple industries, with a focus on mining.
• Support mining projects throughout their entire lifecycle, including activities such as project permitting, conducting regulatory audits, facilitating environmental compliance, assisting with operational best practices, drafting closure plans, overseeing sampling and field work campaigns and contributing to project assessments and reviews.
• Provide support for federal and state permitting activities related to mining projects, including the preparation and coordination of required documentation and compliance materials.
• Prepare proposals, including development of scopes and cost estimates, and participate in business development with existing clients.

This role helps mining companies implement sustainable practices and comply with environmental regulations, contributing to better water management and reduced environmental impact in the mining sector across North America.

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering program or equivalent.
• 6+ years of professional experience relevant to the responsibilities described above.
• Professional experience in the Mining industry, with experience working in the mining/metals field, site experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience creating clear deliverables for audiences ranging from corporate executives to plant-level operators.

Anticipated annual base pay is $90,810–$124,245 (USD). This role may be eligible for bonus pay.
