Manager / Senior Manager, Transactions & Finance

• Lead transactions between Fortune 500 corporations and leading clean energy companies, overseeing negotiations and due diligence.
• Manage relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring Reunion is their first call for tax credit financing.
• Develop creative solutions to scale work, including playbooks and software products.

This role directly accelerates investment into clean energy projects like battery storage, nuclear, solar, and wind, helping to scale climate solutions and reduce carbon emissions.

• Transactional experience in clean energy finance or tax credits (tax equity, project finance, banking, or law for renewable energy).
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with technology and ability to interpret technical legalese.
• Minimum 5-8+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth environment.
