Manager, Right-Fit Evidence

Lead a portfolio of evidence and learning advisory engagements for development and humanitarian organizations, managing advisors and delivering tailored M&E solutions.
- Manage 2–3 simultaneous advisory engagements across sectors, designing workshops and technical assistance on evaluation design, data use, and learning strategies.
- Supervise one to two Advisors; support IPA teams on technical assistance with government and implementing partners worldwide.
- Develop new business opportunities, coordinate proposals, and represent RFE at conferences and events.
- Master's degree in policy, economics, or related field with quantitative methods; 4+ years in M&E, education policy, program management, or consulting.
- Requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, project and people leadership experience, and willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
