Manager, Regional Mobilization - South, 2 Year Fixed Term

• Implement grassroots mobilization, activism, and movement building strategy across the South region (AL, AR, GA, FL, LA, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX).
• Train and develop activist leaders, partnering with them to build an organized member-led movement.
• Manage day-to-day regional activism operations and cultivate grassroots people power.

This role strengthens the human rights movement by empowering grassroots activists and leaders in the South region, advancing AIUSA's strategic priorities and contributing to lasting change for human rights.

• Experience in grassroots organizing, movement building, or volunteer management.
• Strong training and leadership development skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage regional operations.
