Annual Giving Manager

• Manage annual, monthly, and mid-level donor programs, including strategy, execution, and evaluation.
• Oversee fundraising campaigns across digital and print channels, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
• Analyze donor data to inform segmentation, reporting, and budget management.
• Develop donor communications and build relationships to support fundraising goals.

This role directly supports the Texas Civil Rights Project's mission to advance equality and justice by securing vital funding for legal advocacy, community organizing, and systemic change efforts across Texas.

• 4+ years of fundraising experience in annual giving campaigns and appeals.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Excellent written communication skills for donor solicitations and materials.
• Proficiency with donor databases/CRM systems and online fundraising tools.

Salary range: $72,927 - $86,507 annually. Benefits include four weeks paid vacation, up to sixteen weeks paid family leave, paid sick time, extensive holidays including a two-week winter break and wellness week, employer-paid healthcare for employee and dependent children, 401K retirement plan, and annual professional development funds.
