Manager of Outreach and Engagement

• Strengthen EdFund's visibility and cultivate relationships across the education finance field.
• Oversee communications channels, develop visual and written products, and support stakeholder engagement.
• Manage programs such as fellowships, webinars, and communities of practice to connect researchers, policymakers, and advocates.

This role amplifies EdFund's mission to improve education funding equity by translating research into accessible content and fostering a community of researchers, policymakers, and advocates.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, public policy, education, nonprofit management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in communications, outreach, stakeholder engagement, or program management.
• Demonstrated experience creating professional communications and visual products using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Visme.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong project management, and event coordination experience.
