Manager of Human Resources

Lead human resources operations including hiring, compliance, payroll, benefits, and organizational culture for a national animal advocacy nonprofit.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and offboarding processes; support staff development and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws; monitor regulatory changes and implement policy updates.
- Administer payroll, benefits enrollment, salary reviews, and employee wellness programs.
- Organize annual all-staff gathering, staff communications, and culture-building activities.
- Requires 5–7 years progressive HR experience and bachelor's degree; strong organizational and interpersonal skills essential.
