Manager, MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning)

• Lead MEAL initiatives to strengthen data systems, tools, and approaches across global programs.
• Develop and maintain technical M&E systems, SOPs, and data quality assurance processes.
• Compile, analyze, and report clinical quality indicators and program data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data tools and support special studies and evaluations.

This role ensures that MiracleFeet’s clubfoot treatment programs are data-driven, accountable, and continuously improving, directly contributing to the goal of eliminating untreated clubfoot as a leading cause of physical disability worldwide.

• Master’s degree or higher in public health, social science, statistics, evaluation, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience designing and implementing M&E or MEAL activities for complex programs, preferably in low-resource or global health settings.
• Deep experience with data systems and analytical tools (e.g., Salesforce, R, Stata, Python, ODK-based survey programs).
• Strong written, analytical, and verbal communication skills in English; ability to translate quantitative results into actionable insights.
