Mission
What you will drive
- Lead MEAL initiatives to strengthen data systems, tools, and approaches across global programs.
- Develop and maintain technical M&E systems, SOPs, and data quality assurance processes.
- Compile, analyze, and report clinical quality indicators and program data for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data tools and support special studies and evaluations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Masterโs degree or higher in public health, social science, statistics, evaluation, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience designing and implementing M&E or MEAL activities for complex programs, preferably in low-resource or global health settings.
- Deep experience with data systems and analytical tools (e.g., Salesforce, R, Stata, Python, ODK-based survey programs).
- Strong written, analytical, and verbal communication skills in English; ability to translate quantitative results into actionable insights.
