Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing evolution of Scout's digital workshop operations ecosystem, including Dealer Management System (DMS) strategy, third-party integrations, service operations workflows, and Mobile Service capabilities.
- Manage Technical Product Managers, translate business objectives into clear priorities, and ensure alignment across stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines.
- Lead vendor evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology solutions, including RFP processes and relationship management.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Aftersales, Retail Operations, IT, Engineering, and Finance to deliver integrated solutions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 7+ years of professional experience with at least 2+ years in Product Management.
- Experience delivering enterprise software, operational platforms, or service management solutions.
- Experience with third-party technology vendors, integrations, and RFP processes.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills; familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
