Manager, AI - Diagnostics

Lead research and analytics for AI diagnostic tools in low- and middle-income countries, evaluating technical readiness and impact potential.
- Scan and assess AI diagnostic landscape; evaluate training data quality, model architectures, and regulatory pathways for priority tools.
- Identify high-burden conditions lacking viable AI diagnostics using disease-burden data to inform investment priorities.
- Develop market intelligence on AI diagnostics covering evidence, performance, cost, and regulatory status for internal and external partners.
- Requires 4–8 years quantitative experience (data science, statistics, epidemiology, or related field) and solid machine learning fundamentals.
- Requires Python or R proficiency, comfort with modern AI tools, and ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
