Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead major and planned giving efforts across Camphill Village and Camphill Ghent, managing a portfolio of 75โ€“125 major gift prospects and donors.
  • Develop and execute individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies, conducting 80โ€“100 substantive donor visits annually.
  • Identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of new major gift prospects through research, referrals, and network development.
  • Integrate planned giving into major gift conversations and grow the legacy society and endowment support.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive fundraising experience with a demonstrated track record of securing major gifts.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio and close five-figure and higher gifts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to travel regionally and nationally.
