Mission
What you will drive
- Develop, lead, and/or participate in litigation—including class action lawsuits, complex litigation, and/or appeals—to end discrimination against people with disabilities and increase access.
- Represent individual clients in negotiations, mediations, administrative proceedings, and judicial proceedings.
- Supervise and/or mentor attorneys, advocates, fellows, clerks, and interns/externs.
- Provide technical assistance and substantive training to staff and collaborate with other agencies and organizations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Juris Doctor degree (JD) and admitted to the California State Bar plus seven (7) years of experience practicing law.
- Excellent advocacy skills (research, writing, analytic, and oral).
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex advocacy projects and build strong relationships.
- Expertise in disability rights law (e.g., ADA, Section 504, FEHA) and experience in litigation including class actions and appeals.
