Manager, ICF Regulatory Compliance & Reimbursement

• Prepare and submit annual cost reports for ICF clients, ensuring accuracy and conformity with Pennsylvania Department of Human Services requirements.
• Manage revenue cycle and reimbursement processes, including documentation and waiver funding requests to support per diem rate increases.
• Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trust-based relationships and communicating complex regulatory matters clearly.
• Lead a team of 5 analysts and associates, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

This role directly supports organizations caring for individuals with intellectual disabilities by securing Medicaid funding and ensuring regulatory compliance, thereby sustaining critical programs for vulnerable populations.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial services, healthcare reimbursement, cost reporting, or related function.
• Strong comfort with financial data and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail.

Compensation: $55,000 - $95,000 plus annual discretionary bonus. Hybrid/remote flexibility, direct exposure to CEO, and room for growth in a lean, growing firm.
