Mission
What you will drive
- Prepare and submit annual cost reports for ICF clients, ensuring accuracy and conformity with Pennsylvania Department of Human Services requirements.
- Manage revenue cycle and reimbursement processes, including documentation and waiver funding requests to support per diem rate increases.
- Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trust-based relationships and communicating complex regulatory matters clearly.
- Lead a team of 5 analysts and associates, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial services, healthcare reimbursement, cost reporting, or related function.
- Strong comfort with financial data and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail.
