Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage end-to-end clean energy lending operations including origination, underwriting, credit memo preparation, and loan closing.
  • Oversee loan servicing and portfolio management including payment processing, invoicing, collections, and portfolio monitoring.
  • Support investor relations and finance functions including asset/liability tracking, fund modeling, capital raising support, and compliance reporting.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3-5+ years of CDFI lending experience in credit analysis, underwriting, loan processing, or capital raising.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Sage Intacct, bill.com, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience developing complex financial models.
