Learning Leader - Customer Experience

• Develop and deliver effective employee onboarding, ensuring speed to competency.
• Lead and develop a team of high-performing functional trainers.
• Define and execute the instructional design strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Redesign the employee onboarding and functional training delivery model.

This role ensures that employees are effectively trained and onboarded, enabling Aggreko to deliver reliable power, heating, cooling, and oil-free air to critical operations like mining, remote communities, and world-class events, thereby supporting essential services and economic activity.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in training, content creation, instructional design, or training management.
• Proven track record of leadership and experience leading people, trainers, and other staff.
• Experience in project and change management.
• Proficiency in software and Microsoft Office Suite.
