Lead Product Manager

• Own end-to-end delivery of a complex, customer-facing energy services program, including Salesforce enablement, financial management, and cross-functional operations.
• Drive program launch and steady-state operations, managing KPIs, risks, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate billing, payments, contractor operations, and regulatory compliance across multiple departments.

This role enables the delivery of smart, reliable, and affordable energy services to customers, contributing to energy efficiency and sustainability while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

• 5+ years in business operations, product/program management, energy services, or HVAC/field service operations.
• Deep Salesforce experience (CRM, workflows, reporting, dashboards, portals).
• Strong financial acumen with hands-on forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis.
• 3+ years in regulated utility programs, including tariffed services, cost recovery, and compliance.
