(Lead) Product Manager — Energy Utility Platform (m/f/d)

• Define and own the product strategy and outcome-based roadmap for the Energy Utility Platform, including energy market access, flexibility marketing, procurement, and the optimization layer connecting devices to markets.
• Be hands-on in execution: write specs, run discovery sprints, prioritize backlogs, unblock engineering.
• Shape the energy products of the future: direct marketing, expanded flexibility participation, and new forms of customer market access while tackling regulatory and infrastructure challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Energy Operations and engineering to ensure product decisions are grounded in market reality.

This role directly accelerates the energy transition by building the products that enable 100,000+ customers to participate in energy markets, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and promoting renewable energy use.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with meaningful exposure to energy, utilities, or similarly regulated platform/infrastructure products.
• Proven track record of owning product strategy (not just execution) and making 'where to play / how to win' decisions.
• Strong understanding of energy markets, tariff structures, energy trading, or energy retail operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English; German is a strong plus.
