Lead Power Platform Developer

• Design, build, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse) to support engineering and operational needs.
• Lead a small team of two developers, providing hands-on mentorship, troubleshooting, and collaborative solution design.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, create reusable components, and manage deployment pipelines.

This role enables Booth & Associates to streamline engineering and operational processes through efficient, scalable Power Platform solutions, improving productivity and supporting the company's mission in the utility and engineering sectors.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint).
• Deep understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and relational data modeling.
• Experience with DLP policies, connector governance, and Power Platform deployment pipelines.
• Preferred: Experience in Engineering or Utility industries; familiarity with SQL, SSMS, and Power Platform Admin Center.
