What you will drive
- Design, build, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse) to support engineering and operational needs.
- Lead a small team of two developers, providing hands-on mentorship, troubleshooting, and collaborative solution design.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, prototype, and ensure scalable, maintainable architecture.
- Establish development standards, reusable components, and manage deployment pipelines.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint).
- Deep understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and relational data modeling.
- Practical experience with DLP policies, connector governance, and Power Platform deployment pipelines.
- Preferred: Experience in Engineering or Utility industries; familiarity with SQL, SSMS, and Power Platform Admin Center.
