Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of WIN's Global Leadership Accelerator, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Coordinate training, coaching, mentoring, and peer-learning components across regions, maintaining quality and local relevance.
- Manage participant selection, onboarding, engagement, and retention, ensuring diversity and regional balance.
- Establish monitoring and reporting systems, track leadership impact, and contribute to strategic development and sustainability of the programme.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Significant experience leading leadership development, media development, gender equality, or capacity-building programmes.
- Deep experience in safety dynamics relevant to journalists, including online harassment, sexual harassment, and digital safety.
- Proven experience managing multi-country or cross-regional programmes in complex, politically sensitive, or hostile media environments.
- Strong skills in programme planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
