Lead - Global Leadership Accelerator

• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of WIN's Global Leadership Accelerator, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Coordinate training, coaching, mentoring, and peer-learning components across regions, maintaining quality and local relevance.
• Manage participant selection, onboarding, engagement, and retention, ensuring diversity and regional balance.
• Establish monitoring and reporting systems, track leadership impact, and contribute to strategic development and sustainability of the programme.

This role directly strengthens gender equality in media by equipping women journalists and media leaders with the skills, networks, and confidence to advance into leadership roles, fostering more inclusive and resilient media ecosystems.

• Significant experience leading leadership development, media development, gender equality, or capacity-building programmes.
• Deep experience in safety dynamics relevant to journalists, including online harassment, sexual harassment, and digital safety.
• Proven experience managing multi-country or cross-regional programmes in complex, politically sensitive, or hostile media environments.
• Strong skills in programme planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
