Land Project Manager

• Assume primary responsibility for overall project performance including business strategy, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Facilitate all planning, entitlement, development, budgeting/financial analysis and housing aspects through collaboration with internal teams.
• Develop comprehensive strategic plans and project budgets for each community to meet division goals and financial projections.
• Lead project review meetings and coordinate with marketing, finance, and development teams to ensure timely milestones.

This role drives the development of residential communities, contributing to housing availability and sustainable community growth. By overseeing land entitlements and project execution, the manager helps create well-planned neighborhoods that meet market needs and environmental standards.

• 1-5 years in land entitlements, development or real estate project management, with emphasis on single family residential planning and lot development.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related discipline; PE or PMP a plus.
• Excellent technical, quantitative and analysis skills, including financial analysis in Excel.
• Proficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and ability to master proprietary software.

• Annual Base Salary Range: $85,000-$120,000
• Annual Bonus Target (Discretionary): 20%
