Mission

What you will drive

  • Support logistics for Bloomberg CityLab 2027, including database management, travel and lodging data entry, speaker materials, and onstage content research.
  • Assist with year-round programming logistics such as seminars and receptions, including collecting speaker bios, monitoring presentation materials, and printing event materials.
  • Provide regular media updates on urban policy and city-centered solutions, and support data management tasks like updating databases and cleaning data.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate accredited university (including community college).
  • Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; knowledge of basic social media and digital marketing.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Hourly pay rate of $18.40/hr, approximately 10 hours/week in fall 2026 and 15 hours/week in spring 2027. Travel, meals, and hotel accommodation for Bloomberg CityLab 2027 (if attending) are paid. Benefits include health, dental, vision, prescription, retirement, and paid leave.
