Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage a portfolio of ~60 mission-driven real estate and community development debt and equity investments, ensuring strong performance, borrower compliance, and risk management.
  • Monitor portfolio performance by analyzing financial statements, property cash flows, loan documentation, and covenant compliance, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as primary relationship manager for borrowers, supporting successful loan outcomes and protecting investor capital.
  • Lead watchlist and special asset management for non-performing and defaulted loans, including structuring modifications and workout strategies.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in loan asset management, with at least 2 years in non-consumer or commercial lending.
  • Experience managing commercial real estate debt and equity investments, including financial analysis, loan documentation, and portfolio monitoring.
  • Experience with watchlist assets, workouts, foreclosures, or special asset management; familiarity with affordable housing finance and tax credit programs (LIHTC, NMTC, HTC) preferred.
