Data & Evaluation Manager

• Build and maintain data infrastructure, including pipelines connecting CRM, giving platform, and program systems, and manage subaward agreement directories.
• Lead evaluation, fidelity, and equity measurement by calculating cost-per-outcome, tracking equitable fund distribution, and applying equity indices.
• Develop and maintain Tableau/SQL dashboards for real-time impact reporting, produce monthly narrative and data reports, and pilot AI tools for outcome tracking.
• Oversee Service Provider compliance, onboard partners to data systems, and coordinate with the County on reporting processes.

This role ensures that every dollar invested in Los Angeles communities is tracked with precision and directed where it matters most, advancing equitable access to justice-focused community investment and maximizing impact for vulnerable populations.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program development, evaluation, data analysis, or grant making.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
• Experience managing compliance reporting obligations with external stakeholders.
• Experience working with community-based organizations to collect and report program data.

Hiring Salary Range: $80,000-88,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 403(b) plan, pension, life insurance, disability benefits, paid holidays, and paid time off.
