Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute marketing and communications strategy to advance UWGLA's $40M revenue goal, including donor marketing, integrated campaigns, and brand stewardship.
- Lead donor engagement strategies, own marketing for under-$1,000 donor segment, and oversee digital advertising, email, social media, direct mail, and online giving optimization.
- Direct impact storytelling, media relations, and serve as spokesperson; represent UWGLA in policy and civic dialogue on economic mobility, education, and racial justice.
- Manage marketing and communications department budget, KPIs, and technology stack; lead and develop a team spanning brand, creative, communications, digital marketing, events, and analytics.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field required.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a marketing communications team, ideally in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supervising and developing direct reports.
- Strategic thinking, donor-centered mindset, revenue and engagement track record, empowering leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and executive presence.
