Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue from major donors ($10k+) and manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects.
- Lead the growth and management of the Tocqueville Society and mid-level Leadership Giving programs.
- Establish fundraising goals, analyze donor trends, and build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Mentor and coach a team of development professionals to achieve revenue goals.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible fundraising experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supervising and developing direct reports required.
- Experience cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding individual donors, including securing gifts of $10,000 or greater.
- High school diploma or GED required.
