Corporate Alliance Recruiter

• Proactively reach out to assigned graduate population to assess eligibility for placement in available roles through corporate partnerships.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update student profiles for consistent job matching.
• Collaborate with support roles to coordinate web application and onboarding requests, ensuring graduates complete pre-employment steps.
• Source candidates from existing student and graduate population, build pipeline, conduct interviews, and manage candidate communication.

This role directly helps graduates from healthcare programs secure employment with corporate partners, advancing their careers and contributing to a skilled healthcare workforce.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Results driven, communication/interpersonal skills, relationship building/rapport, and time management.
• Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
• Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment; computer literacy.
