  • Foster meaningful relationships with key hiring personnel at corporate partners and meet regularly to understand hiring practices.
  • Screen candidates submitted by recruiters to ensure the best match for employers and graduates, providing actionable feedback.
  • Ensure employer-required interview and pre-hire steps are followed, facilitating two-way communication throughout the hiring process.

What makes you a great fit

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in corporate account management (3+ years preferred).
  • Skills in relationship management, interpersonal communication, time management, business acumen, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business tools like Microsoft Teams; customer relationship management software preferred.
