What you will drive
- Collaborate with Corporate Alliance leaders to create business plans that develop employer relationships and improve placement outcomes.
- Foster meaningful relationships with key hiring personnel at corporate partners and meet regularly to understand hiring practices.
- Screen candidates submitted by recruiters to ensure the best match for employers and graduates, providing actionable feedback.
- Ensure employer-required interview and pre-hire steps are followed, facilitating two-way communication throughout the hiring process.

- Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in corporate account management (3+ years preferred).

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business tools like Microsoft Teams; customer relationship management software preferred.
