Web Application Advisor

• Proactively reach out to graduates who require assistance with online web applications and provide dedicated support.
• Support graduates in timely completion of necessary pre-employment onboarding assessments.
• Engage with graduates, assisting them in navigating online web application processes.
• Utilize systems effectively to ensure accurate documentation completion by graduates and maintain compliance.

This role helps graduates successfully complete online applications and onboarding, enabling them to start meaningful careers in healthcare, thereby improving access to skilled healthcare professionals.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Results driven, communication/interpersonal skills, relationship building/rapport, and time management.
• Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
• Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role.
