Manager, Career Services

• Drive team productivity and quality to ensure efficient conversion of interviews, hires, and placements.
• Manage communication, forecasting, and support for students and alumni, providing personalized career guidance.
• Guide graduates through the interview and hiring process with Allied Healthcare employers.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of wellness, recognition, and engagement.

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in recruiting, career services, employment assistance, or sales.
• People leadership, multi-tasking, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
